Please feel free to browse my website without the need to part with any personal information; however, if you are making an enquiry using the on-line form, you will need to leave some of your personal data.

By using this site or engaging with Petal Power in relation to flowers, you agree to this policy.

DATA COLLECTION

Any data collected will be in line with GDPR regulations.

Petal Power is the controller of data that passes through this website.  Data collected is private between me and a few carefully selected suppliers (with your express permission).

DATA RETENTION

When you contact Petal Power via the online form on this website, I will take your name and email address so that I am able to respond to you.

When you make a booking, whether it be for a wedding, birthday celebration, funeral work or workshops I shall need to collect some details.  This information may be the website addresses of other suppliers, or names and ages of people attending your event.

After the event has taken place I shall store your details and photographs of your event on a hard drive. I may also post these photographs in a variety of places (including website and blog, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest). If there is anyone in your event that does not wish to be included in my social media, they will need to let themselves known to me, please let Petal Power know by email.

You will receive a copy of my terms and conditions.

Petal Power does not use website cookies.
