Llanerch Vineyard yellow and blue summer wedding flowers
Are you looking for wedding flowers bursting with charm and colour, you love flowers and have chosen a lemon yellow and blue colour palette. I have the blog for you.
Helena and John were married on a beautiful summer day in one of the most stunning wedding venues of South Wales. Llanerch Vineyard offers the perfect setting. Nestled in the heart of the Welsh countryside, this lush vineyard pairs beautifully with these cheerful yellow and blue wedding flowers.

Helena and John were so relaxed when planning their wedding flowers, they didn’t love or hate any particular flowers; but they knew they wanted natural looking flowers in soft yellows and blues.
Yellow and blue is a gorgeous combination of flowers. Yellow represents warmth and sunshine— perfect for a summer wedding. Whilst blue flowers symbolize peace, serenity, and trust. Together, they create a fresh, uplifting and timeless look. Definitely a theme I can jump on board!
Summer yellow and blue wedding bouquets
Helena’s bridal bouquet was full of seasonal loveliness. I used these delicate blue nigella, commonly known as love in the mist - how adorable! Buttercup roses, snowflake spray roses, tanacetum daisies, yellow craspedia, known as Billy balls (don’t ask) and Miss America focal peony completed the look.
The bouquet was colourful and delicate and perfectly complemented her bridal gown.
The bridesmaids carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet.
Bridesmaid bouquets with yellow and blue flowers
The bridesmaids carried the sweetest bouquets of blue nigella and tanacetum daisies, matching Helelna’s bouquet with a paired back design.

Helena and John used the space outside the marquee as part of their wedding celebrations so we opted to decorate the beams as you enter the marquee with this stunning installation. It really was a wow moment and the perfect focal point for photographs.
They also made use of a vintage bicycle as another area to have flowers. Decorating the bike was a first for me, it was fun!

Llanerch Vineyard wedding reception flowers
The reception tables reflected the fun personalities of Helena and John. I painted a bottled with the perfect shade of blue, we purposely kept them looking undone. Jars full of seasonal blooms sat alongside. The couple created little circus flags as table names decorated with pompoms. It was such an unusual display.
The top table was adorned with mix and match glass vases and the bridal bouquets sat amongst the displays.

Flowers sat between the layers of the delicious naked wedding cake to make a special feature of the wedding cake. The cake topper matched the table centre names.
